Description
The outdoor bike racks by the Davis t station are great, I use them daily. However they are pretty crammed, which is great that so many people are biking. I think it'd be awesome to support all the bikers and add additional bike racks, there seems to be the space. Also the current racks aren't fastened to the ground at all, not sure if anyone has looked into that.

Update--today I found one of the bike racks completely flipped upside down. Someone is attempting to steal bikes locked the end bars of the rack by flipping/lifting the rack and slide the lock and bike off the bar.
The city should start thinking about how to secure these racks to the ground.
