The male driver of this dark colored mini van, license plate 4YFZ837, picked up a hooker on Stockton Blvd., parked his van at the end of my street, and got down to business at 10pm tonight (photo taken at 10:04pm). The elderly widow whose home they parked in front of is constantly finding used condoms on the street in front of her house because this is a popular parking spot for the johns and prostitutes all through the night.
