I walked toward Panera to get coffee at 8:20 Friday April 27th down the sidewalk on Grand Ave. between 19th and 21st Ave (near Chipotle). Suddenly I tripped over a hole in uneven and broken sidewalk (I discovered after the fall). The fall was hard and fast. I instantly knew my arm was broken and literally felt my head pop off the pavement. I broke both large bones in my wrist, gashed my head and bruised my hip and scraped my knee and shoulder. It was terrifying and happened in an instant. I do not want to ever fall like that again nor do I want anyone else to go through this pain.
