Description
This home has overgrown grass, and vegitation and is unkept. Codes has been out here on numerous occassions over the past year over violations. The pool is green, there is no fence and the property is in disrepair. The mesquito's are out of control and affecting the homes around this property because it is harboring mesquito larva. The city needs to enforce the measures they take to get this property into codes compliance, instead of just letting them mow the grass one time and then doing nothing after that. It is very unhealthy , a safety hazard, and eyesore to the neighboring properties. The city of St Pete Tax Collector has a lien on this property and should mandate payment and compliance, or the city should take over the property.
