Another issue that has been going on for years... three four wheelers turned off of Hwy 391 onto Haven as I was approaching the stop sign on Haven. The first two were riding side by side with the outside vehicle in my lane. They revved the motor and moved back in front of the other vehicle at the last minute, all the while laughing.
In another instance, a man with a toddler in front of him and a preschooler on the back turned from Oleander onto Hwy 178!!! I could not believe that he would endanger his children like that! No helmets, even.
Never mind that you can't get any sleep thanks to the drag racing in the dark!
