Description

This car has been parked within 5 feet of the intersection and outside of the parking zone (in the no parking zone) for three days without a ticket or towing. I asked parking enforcement and she said that it's okay to park in the No Parking zone in your own zone. That makes no sense. Is parking allowed or not?
