Description

At the intersection of Wabash Ave and Eustis Street, Wabash has the ROW and Eustis has a stop sign. There is vegetation growing on the fence above the freeway that obstructs the view so vehicles headed southbound on Eustis at the stop sign cannot see vehicles approaching from the east on Wabash.

I have had numerous incidents where driving westbound on Wabash, I have had to stop suddenly for vehicles emerging suddenly from behind the vegetation.

The vegetation should be cleared from the fence.
