Hoarder Vehicles : not sure this is a violation or rather a depreciation of our neighborhood. There are 3 vehicles parked on San Juan Ave Near 2400 block. One is a Buick Station Wagon and the other two are former Police/detective white Ford cars. Since BV school closed their parking lot, where they used to park them, I guess they had to find a new parking place. I also am picking up trash that seems to me fall out of those car on a daily basis. Coincidence, perhaps? I see the 3rd vehicle on occasion, its not sitting there like the other two.
