What has to be done for parking enforcement to enforce this car during work hours? There have been numerous reports on it- it's a day every day. This street has out of state cars parking on it for the entire business day and residential parking is impossible. Enforcement only works if it's done during business hours since the cars are all part of the offices on the corner- and don't want to pay the meters.
