Starting at 98 West Street and proceeding about 100 yards down the rail-trail on the west side of West Street. The building has attracted graffiti as have the abandoned box trucks and equipment. The site may be an encampment. This is a major eyesore along the rail-trail and, I believe, may be covered under the Town's blight law as abandoned property.

The driveway is labeled as 98 West Street but this property card http://gis.vernon-ct.gov/cards/3171.pdf leads me to believe the building is 96 West Street.
