Store has an "in" with Great Neck mayor. Trouble is Nassau cops have to observe and give tickets. Come to a Village Board meeting Feb. 21 to complain.

When will something be done about this? Its over 2 years and the problem grows worse. Can't the Nassau county police do their job?

No. Store has a "sweetheart" deal with the Village. Village has no police. Mayor could ask the Nassau County police to station a car on Middle Neck to patrol this but current one never will. Mangano took away coverage from Great Neck, anyway.

Problem has got worse due to the growing popularity of this market. Over paid & under worked police are ignoring this haxardous issue.

This dangerous situation continues to go unchecked. Problem is worse than ever. I was hit head on by a driver making an illegal left turn over double yellow lines into this busy market. When will our local gov't take responsibilty for this hazardous situation?

Complainanat should 1) call Birnbaum's office because she is a County Legislator and can call County cops and 2) attend next GN Village Board meeting to complain because this iis an old problem -- mayor could call the police. Trouble is Village has no police force.

This is still happening after 1700 days. Pathetic.

A left turn is prohibited. Sign posted. County cops don’t enforce. Come to a Village Board meeting of Village of Great Neck to complain. Next will be Apri 21, but online.

Somebody finally got the message and put up a sign to restrict illegal turns. Only took 5 & 1/2 years.
