Do you know the status of this issue? It has been over 3 weeks since I reported it online. I reported it via telephone before this and every bit of storm waste was picked up around my house but my piles were left. Please just let m e know when this is scheduled for pickup. Thank you!

Erin, seems it's taking about a month for these pick ups.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.
