You've closed this case a second time but with no real resolution. This activity is not allowed in this or any park in Houston and needs to be stopped. Will there be enforcement personnel at this ball field on Sunday afternoons keeping these people from ignoring the rules of the park or will these people be allowed to break the law and at the park and then drive around afterwards drunk? Also if you are going to investigate, you need to go out Monday morning before the grounds crew has to clean up this mess (three Mondays in a row now).
