There is a homeless man who constantly sleeps on the sidewalk against the fence of the Noe Beaver Mini Park on Beaver St.. A week ago me, my roommate, and other neighbors witnessesed this man violently attack someone, and all the police did was tell him to leave. He has returned to sleep in this same spot several times since the incident. He is blocking the entire sidewalk with a large sleeping bag and obviously a safety concern as he has already been violent. Please do not allow this man to continue sleeping in this area.
