Thank you for your concern, this issue has been received by our department. The DPW will schedule a cleanup of the dumping and will investigate the source (it appears to be household). The trash barrels are not provided at any of the boat ramps in Mashpee because of misuse; users are asked to take out any trash that they generate when using the facility.
