The garbage can in the rear of the AHA building at 200 So. Pearl was overflowing this morning and garbage was all over the ground. This parking lot and the flower beds also have a lot of debris and cig butts in them and it looks awful. On the northeast side of the lot (actually at the end of the driveway in to the lot aka Franklin St.) there is a pile of small stones ogs crews dumped in the lots for traction after a snow storm and it's killing the grass and is unsightly.
