Sharraxaadda

There has been a car parked on the sidewalk in front of 3458 and 3460 for 10 days. Polled the neighboring houses and no one knows who left the car there. This is a constant issue with college groups and young adults renting houses in East Falls and disrespecting homeowners. Police will be informed. Pictures attached.
