A turning light is needed at this intersection going east bound on Hancock Street at 109 bypass. At times vehicle going east bound on Hancock in the turning lane for 109 north cannot go due to oncoming traffic from the west bound traffic on Hancock. Please install a turning light or let each side go one at a time.
