Any requests in Plymouth aren't getting acknowledged by the town using this software. Their IT dept would have to subscribe to this service. The service doesn't push these requests out to them. I'm pretty sure you need to notify Plymouth a different way if you ever want to see results. It's true, I don't get to Pjymouth often, I've got my own bad roads.

Fine. Open your own complaints then; don't close someone else's working in a town you don't visit and have no contact with.
