Good Afternoon,
I am not trying to be a pain in the neck resident of Albuquerque. I just want to get clarification on my neighborhood. I currently have a ticket out, ticket number 13972115. I called 311 the end of May beginning of June to report the tumble weeds in the easement on Park North Avenue 87114, and the trees that are growing on the east side of Park North Avenue. I want to clean this up. We do not live in an HOA so I am not sure who is responsible to maintain the easement coming out of the Saltillo neighborhood 87114 and who is responsible for cleaning the area between the sidewalk and the street in front of our houses. I want to be able to cleanup the sections. We walk our dog and we have walk in the street or thru the trees growing, and they trees are starting to cover the fire hydrant on the corner of Park North Avenue and Park Hill Avenue. I am not asking for the city to come clean it up. I am asking for permission to clean up our streets. We have picked up most of the trash in the neighborhood and now I want to clean up the streets. Also to add we have children playing and riding bikes and we have mothers pushing strollers and they have to go in the street as well. A child could get hit by a car on the south east side of Park North and Park Hill. The trees are probably 6 feet tall growing across the sidewalk.
