There needs to be a car in the left lane to trip the green light. The right lane has temporary lines that need to be painted yellow. It looks like they have/had plans to get rid of the right lane. If that is done, the right signal should be removed also. Temp lines have been there for a few months now...

I am not talking about the turn light. The light use to be green till someone was exiting st. Vincent's now it's the opposite so the exit from St. Vincent always has the green light and Summer Street stays red

Ok, I got what you're saying. I wasn't talking about the turn signal either. The same set of lights, but coming from the rotary. If people sit in the right lane only, the red light will not change.
