So its taken almost five months to say something on this. I really believe the homeless are being helped by city employees somehow or is it just to keep a job going.

5 months is light speed when comes to some public employee's. As far as the PWD helping the campers I the think word your looking for is ignored by is more in line.

Of course, I really believe they are told not to clean them up, which is sick, because its a health and safety issue. If this has been there since July, that is disgusting.

I'm not getting why PW's has to lie about cleaning these encampments up? People are going to keep on complaining UNTIL YOU DO IT.

This has long since been cleaned up. However, we should all remain aware of the conditions on the path to ensure Public Works is notified if debris or encampments start collecting again.
