Call RM of Buckland office and get phone # for dog catcher. You may want to call from other than home phone for confidentiality reasons (if you have neighbors that are going to be peeved with you ) We have the same problem around Red Wing school area, there are quite a few dogs that run free all the time. It is maddening that we can't even walk around our own block with our dog on a leash, for fear of being attacked. it only takes one bad pet owner to wreck it for the rest of us.

Contact Rm of Buckland. There is a dog catcher ! We have a major problem near Red Wing school too, u can't even take your dog for a walk on leash for fear of getting attacked ! Crazy in this day and age.

What you could do is take the dogs, if you are comfortable enough, down to the SPCA - Let the owners pay to have their possession released. This is terrible ownership and they should be fined!!!
