Come down to tenth street, or as we call it, the Indy 500. Two police cars could park at either end, day and night, and write ticket all day long. The city wants to generate revenue? It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to write a $200 ticket, that's $2,400 per hour [for only one police officer] or $28,800 for a 12 hour shift. Don't tell me there aren't enough offences to warrant that many tickets, I drive professionally and I have to say as a whole, we PA drivers are bad. :(
