Our Graffiti Busters unit will investigate your report. If the report is of graffiti on private property, we will contact the owner directly to secure a signed liability waiver. If you are the owner, please click on this link: http://www.cityofboston.gov/propertymanagement/pdfs/graffiti.pdf to download a waiver. Most removal requests are addressed within 30 days after the receipt of the waver.
Property owners should fill out the waiver and mail it to:
