Description

gangs of four-wheelers and dirt bikes speeding through the street all times of day and night. There are at least six bikes with a least ten young men loitering in front of an abandoned lot. They are storing the bikes on the lot illegally. There is also drug sales going on regularly and smoking of weed while our kids are outside playing. The gang curses loudly and plays loaud music.
