What do you mean "no safety hazard found?" Have you tried to ride a bike in these lanes? What's the point of having bike lanes if they are obstructed by mud and debris? The bike lanes are useless as they currently stand. Please address this.

I agree with Kurt. It's ridiculous to even call it a bike lane in that condition. Please reassess, as numerous neighbors are concerned and will continue to report this issue until it is fixed.
