Description

There is a newly formed Homeless Encampment on Harlan Street located near Fitzgerald Park and 34th Streets. It doesn't look good. Drugs and who knows what else is going on there. That area had been looking nice in the recent years and at one time before was a homeless encampment. We do not want it back as an encampment and it brings the wrong elements to the neighborhood and not to mention Alliance Metals who has been slacking on cleaning up the trash in the streets and sidewalks around Fitzgerald park.
