This property on the corner of Harwood and Willis Streets has decaying leaves and trash on the curbside on the entrance to Willis Street. We continue to report it, and the inspector continues to insist that there is no violation. The pieces of trash should not have to be counted or declared a heap of trash before something is done. This issue continues to be an eyesore as we enter our street to go to our various homes.
