Description

Bicycle rack next to Arizmendi on San Pablo at 3rd is wobbly, and some of the bolts that secure the rack to the ground have easily removable nuts. Please re-secure this rack using theft-proof bolts (usually with a rounded head) or epoxy to ensure the nuts can't be removed.
