I see that the caterpillar has very recently been painted, but there it is still sharp underneath the paint at the spot where the antenna broke off. And, from a previous incident, I know that the sharp spot is rusty because my daughter cut her leg on it. That and the borker monkey bar that is just free standing and not connected to anything (which also has sharp edges) are my biggest concerns. I will upload some photos for your referenced.
