Description

There are two small "No Parking This Side of Street" signs on the odd side of Center Street near the intersection of Bridge St. that are habitually ignored. There are always cars parked there. On more than on occasion, I have almost gotten into a head on collision with a car coming in the opposite direction because there is a car parked on both sides of the street. I have even tried to pull onto Center St, only to have to back into the Bridge St intersection because there was not sufficient room to fit my vehicle through. That is obvisouly dangerous. I live in the area and this has been a consistent problem for years. We have attempted to report this issue to the police on more than one occasion in the past and nothing has ever been done about it. This needs be rectiifed before someone gets into an accident. Maybe the signs need to be larger or lowered? They are certainly not being enforced.
