the City of Mesa replaced the steet light infront of my house 2 weeks ago. I talked to the supervisor on the job site and asked him if he could put spikes on top of the light to keep the pigeons off the light and he stated he would do this. On the sidewalk below this light is very much contaminated by the pigions feces all over the sidewalk. This area is also used fior the kids school bus stop. I would like for the spikes to be put up and they have not been put up and it still a mess below this light thanks
