All dogs should be on leashes at all times. I was attacked one day while walking - had no where to go and I had blood all over my leg. People are so inconsiderate. Even on your own property you should have a fence or the dog on a leash or electric fence. If dogs aren't taught the commands, like stay,
they just take off onto other people - there are people who don't like dogs so why should they be subjected to your inconsideration. and the poop - that's another problem - they can poop on your property but not theirs. excuse me.
