Okay, I see the problem. The map and address show it in the South lanes. It's in the #3 lane NORTH bound in the beginning transition to the left turn for East Broadway. Can't help that the map drop sometimes places the marker at will. Might want to tell the guys to check both sides when looking for this type of issue.

jj...the problem is not the map marker...the problem is your City of Tucson representatives and workers. Don't bother using this website at all. I would suggest you call Tucson water at 520-791-3242 or email TWWebAcct1@tucsonaz.gov since your picture appears to show a water valve cover and it would be Tucson Water's responsibility to fix the problem if it is more than just flipping the cover back on.
