There's a mess of a different kind going on down here....Festival isn't til Friday & it's already overrun with trucks ,tents, generators,fencing....there's a band concert tonite & there's no room their set up....fell bad for the public thats coming down to cool off & seeing this mess.....might as well just add the cheap rides & totally turn it into the "fair"...maybe the city will get a bigger check next year.....
