Side effects are cars being backed up onto 13 North at the Thornhill exit, cars backup up on Southbound Moraga, and stupid drivers trying to cut in at the last minute or making an illegals left around the island to go down Thornhill, which is VERY dangerous, the other day, - to 2 cars per green and a long time between green
