It is legal to have free roaming cats in Pinellas County. Hopefully they are all fixed.......We have many spayed and neutered cats in our community They have become part of the community. They have reduced our rat population immensely.
I'm guessing the person that took this photo comes from Uptown. And I have a good feeling who it is. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Click it and fix it has lost its purpose. This website should be used for serious issues. Like SERIOUS issues. I am about ready to place cameras around my house so I can snap a picture of the person who has been snapping pictures like this infringing on people's privacy.

Uptown. This is what it's like living in a deed restricted community. People complaining about the grass is high. You didn't put your garbage cans away fast enough. Someone has a sign in their yard. Those monitoring the site need to either ignore the frivolous posts or say the site is for important issues.
Totally agree. I used to inspect houses. I've seen it all. Collapsed roofing, bad electrical, rat infestation, drug havens and tripping houses need to rank first for codes. The rest of this is a huge waste of tax payer dollars.
Update from the Codes Compliance Department: the City does not have an animal control or animal services department, however Pinellas County does - for more information on the community cat-related services that they provide, please visit their website:
