Black Truck. Driving recklessly (July 2nd. @10:30am) Yesterday the driver got out of the parking lot at high speed, almost causing an accident. When I blew my horn to let him know of his mistake and to slowdown he opened the truck's exhaust and had me in a black cloud of smoke for a while. I had my windows down. Not very nice.
