Terribly under illuminated street has light out at 10th & 3rd! Please repair!

A neighbor mentioned this type of light shuts off and on and is part of normal function. This light has never done this before. It was constant throughout the night.

I wonder if the City of Sacramento actually reviews any of the tickets on this site? They have not even commented. I need a gud govment job like this.

Finally fixed no thanks to this app. Big waste of time.
