This drain requires CONSTANT clean up by the city, not only when a clean up is requested. The city engineers refuse to acknowledge or properly investigate the limited area of the opening for stormwater to enter this drain. There is a clump of asphalt that blocks part of it but the only way you can see this is if you actually bend down and get your hand in the opening. The flooding at this sharp turn causes a safety hazard for vehicles with even the slightest amount of rainfall.
