Previously submitted under "blocked storm drains" and an email was sent directing me to bulk trash pick-up. So as not to be confused the issue at hand is 2 CLOGGED street storm drains that after rain (or snow) results in large and deep pooling of water/ice on corner leading down 4900 block of Leonard Parkway.
