This happens weekly on the first block of Exchange St, as well. What is additionally difficult is that it happens at 5:15 a.m., with the back-up alarm on the truck blaring at that ungodly hour. I've decided that I am going to record it one of these weeks and start my own thread, highlighting the lunacy of it all.
