Brand newly planted at boathouse renovation area ARE DYING from no water. Volunteer can't find a spigot in that area and irrigation if present is off or not working. Landscaper of the project should be responsible to resolve but must be contacted. This is taxpayer funds WASTED if trees are planted and allowed to die.
