Description

Bushes, vines and weeds have overgrown the house and all but one egress. The remaining egress is beginning to be cut off by bushes. The vines have grown under the siding, are tearing the gutters off of the house and growing down the utility lines to the street. A neighbor mows the grass but nothing has been done with the bushes, trees and vines. The overgrowth is to the point that it would be difficult for emergency services to access the house, if it was ever necessary.
