Good morning, on the corner of Belmont and Locust, there is a huge amount of standing water, this photo was taken yesterday before last nights storm. Every year this junction is worked on but it never seems to last. The road race on Saturday will see 1400 runners go through this junction. Could this be permanently corrected please.
