Description

the grass was at least 10 -12 inches tall before being cut last week.
This house has NO STAIRS off of the back of the property and there is a 2 story deck built off of the back of the home. NO stairs or egress if there is a fire... occupants would be required to jump off of a two story deck in the event of a fire.
There is also an UNFINISHED ELEVATOR SHAFT in the home with a door opening to the shaft. being used as a makeshift pantry.
