I drive Main Street home everyday. I see Police Officers everyday. I see signs that say "No parking between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm Towing enforced." I see cars parked on Main Street everyday between 4 and 5. I see no towing. Traffic is backed up everyday due to illegal parking and officers not enforcing towing. Accidents are waiting to happen. Construction on Main Street is bad enough without the added illegal parking.
