Opis

There are a serious of deep potholes in the alley on the east side of 819/821 Foster street. There is a large pothole at the curb and then a series of other deep potholes as the alley runs North and then West (behind 819/821 Foster). These holes become dangerous when it rains because they're not visible.

The 30 residents at 819/821 Foster, as well as those in the surrounding buildings, would be extremely grateful for prompt attention to this.
