This property is very large with a garage. It is a frequent target of trash, graffiti, and loitering. Taxes are up to date, but it would be in the best interest of the neighborhood if this property was in use as a single family home or small business. The location of this property and the size, could allow this property to improve or deteriorate the neighborhood. There is a huge focus on passyunk square, Italian market, and pats & genos. It's upsetting that our book just sees the trash and traffic.
